My favorite thing from my time in Japan has been just watching people execute their craft with meticulous detail and skill… The 70 year old tempura master who’s been doing it for 30+ years; the father/son duo executing a flawless omakase; the bartender who spends 10 minutes cutting the most perfect ice cubes,etc

I don't know if you're in Japan, but I think a weak yen and no tipping experience can provide the best experience possible for people from overseas.
