Tried another new recipe tonight: caramelized chicken on top of bok choy ginger rice. Turned out just okay - the chicken was tasty but the rice wasn’t as flavorful as I hoped. Recipe below

What would you do differently to make the rice more flavorful… retrospectively

The bok choy didn’t have much flavor and that was the predominant taste in the rice. I’d cook it with sesame oil, maybe add soy sauce next time
