It’s sad that a large majority of people immediately think they are being judged personally just because you shared an alternative perspective. I play devils advocate in my head all day. I can’t help that I do it with others too 🤷🏼‍♂️ Just because I say something doesn’t mean I believe it… collaboration leads to growth You can still respect people even if you don’t always agree with them…. How did parents let their kids leave to “go find themselves” before the ability to communicate via phone? The amount of anxiety I would feel…. Crippling. No way to check in and it could be weeks, months, years 🤯

My fitness ppl… anyone have some suggestions for healthy energy drinks? Many are labeled as “healthy” but we all kno that marketing plays more of a role in that branding than anything…. Help me see thru the BS. I want to avoid cyanocobalamin (synthetic b12 - literally comes from “sludge” from sewage plants) I don’t like coffee so I need something else! Much thanks in advance 🙏🏻
