Tried another new recipe tonight: caramelized chicken on top of bok choy ginger rice. Turned out just okay - the chicken was tasty but the rice wasn’t as flavorful as I hoped. Recipe below

The bok choy didn’t have much flavor and that was the predominant taste in the rice. I’d cook it with sesame oil, maybe add soy sauce next time

Very nice presentation. Add a bit more salt in the beginning of the cooking process for rice and veg to absorb the salt(same thing to how you salt pasta water), then always taste at the end :)
