I disagree. She is a good friend of Putin, a dictator with ambitions to occupy all of Europe, starting with Ukraine. During the war that began with the occupation of the Crimean Peninsula, she did not hinder Putin but instead encouraged him by facilitating new gas flows and increasing the share of Russian gas imports
