which tool do you use for personal/ team task tracking? 

i have a lot of notes on my phone, especially after conferences/meetups 

i usually turn them into tasks on notion for business-related items and jira for development, but I'm wondering if anyone has a better idea on how to optimize this process and automatically convert notes into actionable step

Do you use Trello for notes and descriptions as well, or only for task tracking?

I use Trello only for tasks and small notes on what needs to be done. Larger context and thoughts goes in obsidian.
