For me, chronic stress creates a prison, since it puts you at the center of the universe, by having your reptile brain hijacking you and respond reflexively to imaginative danger. It prevents you from looking outwards, enjoying the moment, see the beauty in small things and truly connecting with others.

AIOZ looks promising to me. Which projects do you find interesting. I can’t imagine that there are non given your interest in crypto & AI.

Ryan, I’ve been a long time fan of the show and bankless citizen. I noticed your extremely high quality of video and audio on the podcast (both David, yourself and guests). How do you pull this off? Have you ever talked about your gear/software/setup?

Video content creators can you give me advice on recording setup? I’m making video courses. Budget < $ 1000. Still need a camera or 4K webcam. I have a Shure MV 7 usb mic. Looking to use riverside.fm for recording (camera, screen and audio), easy editing and possibility to invite guests. What do you think?

Warpcast is the first mobile web3 app I use. Aside from CEX. What about you?

One other thing I’m trying to figure out is how to best utilize the power of storytelling. Maybe I can do something with the writing, but if you are or know an illustrator/animator who would be interested to partner up or teach me some basic skills I’d be very interested.

For now, I’m starting slowly, writing content on the learn section and providing the most useful smart health products (through affiliate programs). Perhaps I’ll create some videos or a podcast. I hope you can tell me what’s useful and what’s not.

As the name suggests, I want to create an incubator type experience where members go through a curriculum that guides them through all the aspects of health optimization (courses, products) & create a community where people support and celebrate little victories with eachother.

It doesn’t have web3 components as of yet, and I only want to integrate them if the user experience is super easy and not-scary to non-crypto natives. Do you see any benefits of using tokens/NFT’s/smart contracts for this purpose?

I want to be able to implement authorization and access restrictions across various subdomains. That should be doable with plugins in both headless CMS right?

Question to the devs out here. I’m looking into the JAM stack architecture and a headless CMS. What do you like? I want a workflow that is efficient and simple. Considering Prismic or Strapi (CMS) + NEXT.JS (REACT framework) + Netlify or Vercel (deploy).

Rice, pasta and potatoes were not as ‘bad’ as I expected if not paired with anything unhealthy. Bread and something as seemingly innocent as a coup of soup from the hospital cafetaria threw me out of bounds instantly.

I was able to control my glucose better on days I had exercised and when I do some portion control.

But I did eat a lot of fruit with oatmeal, yoghurt, as a snack etcetera. Almost all fruits give me a spike to 130-140 largely independent of the composition of the entire meal, especially banana, apple and pear.

Ofcourse, also see my answers to @craabit on stress and exercise. In terms of food I had a harder time staying within the bounds of <110-120 mg/dL than my girlfriend, while we are very conscious of what we eat.
