My "work" is social media, which requires basically constantly being on to do well with it.  Not to mention being a full-time college student, converting my property to a food forest, writing fiction, and plotting world domination.  

Especially with social media, it's a constant go, go, go in the brain thinking about what to post, when to post it, how exactly to phrase it for peak impact, etc.
