I know we’ve all probably made this mistake before, but do you know you are not to wear your bandages over night?

I had an ankle sprain in mind. Making the graphics cus i had one and recently so I forgot to also generalize it

 Leaving bandages on overnight after an ankle sprain can actually do more harm than good. 

Yes, compression is important for reducing swelling and providing support…. Wearing bandages too long, especially while sleeping, can lead to restricted blood flow. risk of numbness, or even worsen the  swelling. 

It's important to remove bandages before bed to allow the ankle to breathe and promote proper circulation. 

Instead, elevate your ankle and use ice if necessary to manage swelling while you sleep :)

That quote basically defines the culture and the spirit of Farcaster. And that optimism breeds creativity in a lot of people, me included. 

I never would have tried to build something on my own before getting sucked into the culture here. 

It sounds really overkill, but joining Farcaster was absolutely one of the best decisions I've made in a very long time.

Def one of the upsides of FC. The other app is polluted with negativity and pvp mindset. Fc is a network of people who genuinely push each other to grow, build, and connect. Also grateful for the time I get on here and the connections I’ve made - no matter how big or small.

I think fc thankfully is a platform that rewards kindness - whereas on X, it's just maldy midfluencers dunking on eachother all day.

So a lot of users on X just go straight for toxicity as it's rewarded there, making the whole platform a mess tbh

That’s why I follow you,you spread so much good vibes and positivity

I’m glad FC has fostered a community of builders who do criticize one another but compared to platforms like x where it’s almost incentivized to fight one another
