after reflection, this is my best (simplified) guess:

the ADL has typically sided with minorities and slams everybody else, especially whites. 

now in the Israel/Gaza war, those minorities reveal that they would cut out the Jews in a second while the whites are the ones who support the Jews.

I think given the ADL’s attitude and aggression towards Elon recently, this framework may be most probable rationale for why Elon responded saying “exactly” cc @jrf
