Elon seems to believe it's *the actual truth* which is truly peculiar because it's incredibly vague

Upon rereading, I think he's referring to generally liberal US Jewish communities who are progressive on borders and immigration, and making the claim that those communities shouldn't be surprised that immigrants don't like them
