preface: i support jews; me asking this Q doesn’t mean that I don’t. i ask this genuinely, and i can’t be the only one confused. below is the exchange in which Kara/Scott/MSM say Elon endorses an antisemitic post. can someone explain how it is antisemitic? to me it reads as frustrated, but by no means hostile.

I'm not quite sure what it means I read a few comments that it's peddling in *replacement theory* but I'm not too deep into that internet sewer Elon seems to believe it's *the actual truth* which is truly peculiar because it's incredibly vague That's the more puzzling component to me

after reflection, this is my best (simplified) guess: the ADL has typically sided with minorities and slams everybody else, especially whites. now in the Israel/Gaza war, those minorities reveal that they would cut out the Jews in a second while the whites are the ones who support the Jews. not sure the accuracy.

I think given the ADL’s attitude and aggression towards Elon recently, this framework may be most probable rationale for why Elon responded saying “exactly” cc @jrf

Elon is coming from a right wing view, and many on the right see American Jews as leftists, e.g. Soros, historically democrats, etc. It gets muddled because these political lines don't coincide with I-P politics, and Jewish people are not a political monolith OP only makes sense if you believe they are, i.e. yikes
