I have an imbalance in my shoulder area between left/right side. For example, if I do a reverse fly motion my left side has visibly more range of motion than my right. Any thoughts on how to diagnose and resolve?

I think you’ll need to see a trainer and/or sports massage to know what the exact cause is. You ever break your collarbone on the bad side? Do any sports that are dominant arm specific?
