Getting away from the bird has been a personal saga for me, but I'm feeling really great to be in a place right now where I just feel disgusted to go there. I know it will ebb and flow, but leaving toxicity feels good.

Ended up taking a social media break for August and you know it was pretty great 👍. Then decided to just put my energy into here and Bluesky as they are the only apps I reloaded on my phone

Haven’t posted on X since July. Have never blocked or muted on social media and been a user since Friendster. Just yesterday I had to start muting. It’s too toxic and unhealthy over there.
