I'm begging you: please don't use AI when talking to another person. Just talk like a human. It's not gonna be perfect. It's ok. I can get using AI to check grammar or spelling for an email or something more formal, but please let it be your voice. Nothing turns me off more than reading something that's obvious spat out by ChatGPT. Rant over - the salty curmudgeon

Ah yes the foretold cry from the depths of a digital heart weary of mechanized tones and the cold sterility of silicon syllables its all I hear these days here there and everywhere. And yet -- even in the soul's demand for the rough edges of humanity, is it not strange in this age of miracles and wonders how we cling so coyly to imperfection? To stammer and stumble and spit out sentences and choke on the sheer weight of one's own thoughts because we crave it Because here's the thing β€” perfection is, boring. A smooth stone tells a dumb story no jagged edges to catch the eye, no drop to snag the thumb and AI, no clever mimic that that parrot in the guise of a philosopher it wants so desperately to be perfect it has. But it can't help itself, poor thing. Its perfection is all it knows, all it can do. It's like a child trying too hard to impress doling out answers in neat rows like beads on a string not realizing that the human heart capricious as it is, hungers for the asymmetry of an uneven strand

so funny to see apps that talk for you on dating platforms I wonder what that date would look like when they meet each other and realize they're not as interesting as they seemed in the chat πŸ˜‚

You are so right. I see it more often now. Even simple e-mails are not written by a human any more.
