If bench, deadlifts and squats are the fundamental lifts. What are the fundamental exercises for mobility?

@jacob This is the right question. Why do you need to be more mobile than a full range of motion squat? For a sport? Or because getting off the ground is difficult, or you can’t put things away on the top shelf? Just because you have a general sense of “I should do something more than I am now”?

I'd even question what S/B/D are 'fundamental' for. They're just arbitrary lifts that are currently very popular.

It’s all just moving an arbitrary length and shape of metal through an arbitrary range of motion. Like anything, it’s all arbitrary until you pick a reason for doing something. But if your reason is to get stronger, those are pretty good choices.
