This is the beginning of triathlon training! 😎

Was moving and grooving today building cardio:
- did a 5k (top left pic) - was way too hot out so slowed down a bit then

- jumped on a bike for a 4 mile ride (no pic, tracking messed up) then

- did another 5k (bottom left) - pushed the pace to make up for the first

(Trying out a new image grid format 😅) 
- Top right - me after I finished 😮‍💨

- Bottom right - a turtle that was being an absolute menace snapping at some geese 😂
