24.12.19 - I talked about it a couple days ago but man team off-sites when lots of changes are needed are the best way to go for remote teams. The high bandwidth communication coupled with the team building/camaraderie make the travel worthwhile!

24.12.18 - Can’t help but feel blessed for all that’s happening. Things don’t always go to plan but they do seem to work for the long term benefit. My bias is always toward optimism so in my mind it’s either things went really well or I learned a lot that can help me better navigate the uncertain future.

24.12.17 - I love how doses of in-person time accelerates progress. There are times when you need to be heads down, so location is less relevant. However, especially during pivotal moments when making large changes to core business or tech stacks, that high-bandwidth, in-person time becomes incredibly valuable.
