24.08.20 - Today is my birthday 🥳 This past year has really been a rollercoaster full of very high highs and pretty low lows. I never imagined I’d be where I am now but I’m excited for this next page in the tale that is me. Time to run it back bigger and better for this next lap around the sun!

WOWOW yesterday did a Spartan race! 2 hours and 45 minutes later I did 7 miles through a forest and got through 26 obstacles (including jumped over a fire pit)! Love finding new ways to challenge myself but today I’m feeling the soreness and random pains 😅

24.08.10 - What a day!!! @marissaposner and I went out to the mountains and did a spartan race as a team! Was a blast to get out, be active and push ourselves in different ways. Never a dull moment for the Gold team!

24.08.09 - This week has been pretty tough. I feel like we just been grinding and been stuck on a pretty thorny problem. These sorts of weeks makes you feel like you aren’t making progress but it’s all a part of the journey as much as I might not like it ☹️ Just keep stepping!
