I teach various styles of yoga, from gentle Hatha to more dynamic Vinyasa, tailoring each session to meet the needs of my students. Breathing techniques, meditation, and mindful movement are key components of my teaching, helping individuals cultivate self-awareness and develop a deeper sense of inner calm.

For me, yoga is more than just poses—it's a philosophy, a way of living. I emphasize the importance of balance, both on and off the mat. It’s about creating a lifestyle of wellness, where mind, body, and spirit are nurtured. I believe that yoga teaches us to be more compassionate with ourselves, to listen to our bodies, and to bring peace into our daily lives.

In a world where food often comes from grocery stores and restaurants, I’m fascinated by the abundance that nature provides, even in the heart of a city. My goal is to reconnect with the land, rediscover forgotten food sources, and show that the city’s streets, parks, and alleys offer more than just concrete and steel—they offer the potential for delicious, free food.

What excites me most as a yoga teacher is witnessing the growth of my students, both on and off the mat. Yoga encourages self-compassion and self-awareness, and I love seeing people transform as they embrace the practice. It’s incredible how yoga can improve not only physical health—such as flexibility, posture, and strength—but also mental clarity, emotional balance, and even sleep quality.

Met up with @shilpa and @v for ramen. The chef asked us how spicy we want our ramen from 1-30. I went with 10 and that was full on. I wonder what 24 is like and how he measures such precison

A key aspect of being a yoga teacher is the commitment to ongoing education and self-improvement. The journey of teaching yoga is a continuous process of learning, whether it’s deepening one’s own practice, exploring new styles, or studying anatomy and philosophy. This dedication not only enriches the teacher's understanding of yoga but also enhances the experience they offer to their students. Many teachers also pursue training in areas like nutrition, wellness coaching, and holistic health to provide a well-rounded approach to well-being.

Understanding the technical aspects of photography is essential for creating striking landscape images. A landscape photographer masters various techniques, including composition, exposure settings, and depth of field. They often utilize wide-angle lenses to capture expansive scenes and employ techniques such as long exposures to convey the movement of water or clouds. This technical knowledge, combined with a creative eye, enables photographers to create visually captivating works of art.

Every yoga teacher brings their own unique style and approach to their teaching. Some may focus on the physicality of yoga, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and alignment, while others prioritize the spiritual and mental aspects, guiding students toward inner calm and mindfulness. Regardless of their approach, yoga teachers always encourage their students to listen to their bodies, respect their own limits, and practice with intention.

The journey of a landscape photographer begins with a deep appreciation for the natural world. Each landscape offers a unique composition of colors, textures, and light, and my goal is to capture these elements in a way that highlights their inherent beauty. Whether it's the soft glow of dawn over a misty valley or the dramatic play of light and shadow on a mountain range, every photograph is an attempt to convey the essence of the scene.

One of the most rewarding aspects of being a yoga teacher is watching my students progress—not just in their physical abilities but in their mental and emotional well-being. I see them become more present, more mindful, and more attuned to their own needs. Through guided meditations, breathing exercises, and asanas, I help them develop tools to manage stress, build resilience, and embrace a sense of calm in their lives.
