What excites me most as a yoga teacher is witnessing the growth of my students, both on and off the mat. Yoga encourages self-compassion and self-awareness, and I love seeing people transform as they embrace the practice. It’s incredible how yoga can improve not only physical health—such as flexibility, posture, and strength—but also mental clarity, emotional balance, and even sleep quality.
