Urban foraging involves careful observation and knowledge of local flora. I identify and harvest wild edibles from parks, vacant lots, and even overlooked patches of greenery. From wild berries and nuts to edible flowers and medicinal herbs, the city offers a surprising variety of natural foods that are often ignored.

Safety and sustainability are at the core of my practice. I carefully research and ensure that the plants I harvest are safe to eat, avoiding areas that may be contaminated by pollution or pesticides. I also forage with respect for the environment, taking only what I need and leaving enough for the plants to regenerate and for wildlife to benefit. Ethical foraging is about living in harmony with nature, even within the bustling city.
