iPad gen 8 w gen 1 Apple Pencil is what I started with and use today. Looking to upgrade to iPad Pro soon.

I use a Cintiq 11HD but a Wacom ONE is a great starting point for tablets with a screen. If not Ipad and apple pencil is amazing.

If you want practicality, without necessarily needing a computer to draw, I recommend an iPad, you can take it wherever you want and it is very light.Procreate program is very complete with millions of brushes🖌️

def go ipad with the apple pencil, its so much smoother and no lag than other other drawing tablet I've used. Download procreate and you are gtg.
