It's an M&M milk drink. It's literally like drinking peanut M&M's, without being overly sweet. Would recommend.

Also I think it's a European import based on the nutrition label including kilojoules. I saw this at a local grocery which has a ton of quirky items and couldn't not give it a try. There was also Twix, etc.
