I concur with the walks. And just going out. Playgrounds later. Not sute how London is, but when our first was a baby, we lived in Düsseldorf and there were loads of clean changing facilities. So I did a lot of "adventures" in town with him. When he was two, we did a lot of escalator surfing in malls.
