i started with a huge eating window and shrunk it down over time. it’s become part of my routine, i’m at a pretty relaxed eating window at this point in my life, but it worked well for me.

Been doing IF for the past 15 years. It's a great tool for the right job.

Personally, I’ve tried it. It’s fine. When you break it down, it just decreases your window of eating so naturally you’ll eat less calories because of the time restriction. Helping you maintain a calorie deficit. However, if you’re eating whole foods, satiating foods and staying disciplined, you’ll be fine!

All def helps with the goal setting. Start slow is my recommendation. I feel great combined with recent cut in carbs, sugar and alcohol lately. Result is weight loss paired with regular walks exercise etc.
