Been doing IF for the past 15 years. It's a great tool for the right job.

I've learned to follow the "not IF, but WHEN" approach (which I coined). IF = intermittent fasting. WHEN = "When hunger ensues naturally". I've learned not to override my body's hunger signals, but instead to eat a diet that leads naturally to IF. That would be a keto paleo diet for me, heavy on the meat.

Tips? Tricks? Pls share some of
