Any advice for getting generalist/chief of staff roles at a startup for a young person?

Your best bet is to work at an early stage co (under 10 people) as a generalist. I hope you don't mind me stalking your LinkedIn, but your experience points to event management, not necessarily hard early-stage startup skills.
