start eating in a calorie surplus of 300-500 depending on what your maintenance calories are. And then up that by 200-300 calories every 2 weeks. Figure out what food works best for you. Lean meats, clean carbs, veggies, the big 3 for clean bulking Once you got the foods you want to eat, begin my brother

I get my programs at " muscle and strength" site 8 weeks program, download pdf file if you are not familiar with the names and workouts no worries just press on them and they direct you to tutorial video. eat plenty of protein don't drink sugary drinks only water and tea
