start eating in a calorie surplus of 300-500 depending on what your maintenance calories are. And then up that by 200-300 calories every 2 weeks. Figure out what food works best for you. Lean meats, clean carbs, veggies, the big 3 for clean bulking Once you got the foods you want to eat, begin my brother
