Any pillow recommendations? I have a lot of sleep issues so want to optimize for a really good pillow now that I'm finally settled after nomading (I sleep on both sides and back)

No pillow. I always sleep better with no pillow and wake up much more refreshed but usually sleep with a pillow anyways because it’s comfy

There's no way I can sleep on my side without a pillow, would get too many neck issues 😅

I saw recently that they even make special pillow styles designed to fit well between the legs now you may like

fellow no-pillow person here, always makes my neck sore when using one

still use them between arms or legs though 😆

Yes I also always sleep on my side or my back I’d like to try sleeping face down but don’t have a bed that would be good for that. You are right though I don’t usually sleep on my side much now that I think about it I used to do it a lot more
