It would be nice if there were more clarity, but one reasonable interpretation of what @v meant when he said there's "no easy fix" is that they needed to immediately disable animated PFP feature to improve stability, and they'll work on a longer-term solution to reintroduce it safely.

I don't use it on Android, but how many ppl in 2024 would think about removing animated pfps instead of repairing the damn thing... 😅

I get unrendered sections of the bottom part of the reply UI, but it's random ... Next time it happens I'll screenshot it 🫡

Im secretly glad to be back and not seeing the animated.

Seriously, though, I never really had any major issues before the last few days. Now my GCs barely work, and it freezes up quite frequently.

Android ruining the experience for iOS users once again. And Android users too? 😅

There's so many things that iOS could be doing really well on its own, if it was purely native instead of React Native.

Honestly when i switch to twitter from warpcast and compare the experience... just nothing remotely close at all. Warpcast on android is a terrible experience, and i hear its not much better on iPhone.

Same stability as before here. I don't have a cheapy Android though
