Until now, there hasn't been a good way to get insight into what frames are popular among someone's friends or wider network.

@neynar now has a relevant frames API that returns frames being used by a given user's closest friends (based on "user affinity score" calculated via likes, replies, mentions, and recasts), to help build better frame discovery features.

The api serves the first use case you asked for. It’ll show who’s used it 

Notifications are more client dependent

If possible, it would be great if we could track which specific friends or users have used a frame within the last 24 hours

Additionally, it would be even better if we could receive notifications when 3 or more people ( that we selected ) have used the same frame within 24 hours ( trend detection )
