Just had a life changing win: Yesterday I sold an NFT for about $6k and about half of my $DEGEN for $3700 and I’m now officially able to pay off all my debt 🥹🙏

I grew up poor and paid my own way through university (with the help of student loans). Moving cities twice and just overall being bad with money back then, I racked up a lot of credit card debt. Eventually it became insurmountable and when I hit 30 I decided to figure it out. I learned to budget, got a better job…

That loan was still at a pretty high rate, cause I had bad credit, so in the pandemic I refinanced for a much lower (floating) floating rate and also took a bit more to create an emergency fund and to help family. …and so, last night my OG sold for 1.98 ETH (didn’t realize Opensea takes such a huge cut though hfs!) and I sold about half my DEGEN. At like 2 in the morning I carefully swapped and bridged and sent to exchange and sold and withdrew to my bank. Only then could I sleep easily, knowing this was finally it 🙏
