Would like to please ask if anybody has good solution for the occasional knee pain? I've got as far as tiger balm π€£π€£π€£

Is the pain around your knee or inside of your knee? If itβs at the top and/or bottom of your knee then maybe you need to strengthen quadsβ try leg extensionsβ and work on hip flexor flexibility.

Hey there. It's around the knee. I run up hill a lot. That's not a problem. It's coming back down π it takes its toll. Repetitive runners knee I guess. Quad like ππ€£

Perhaps we try another method of coming down from the top of a hill? Possible options include zipline, parachute, elevator, and leaping and praying for the best. Could actually be hip-flexor tightness and low back tightness contributing to an off-balanced gait?
