You just need 5mg a day of pure creatine monohydrate. Everything else is a scam. Drink it with your Celsius/coffee before gym and you’re good.

Yup 5mg is a great starting point pre-workout. Would make sure to hydrate well throughout the day. It helps to have labs done when starting. Doesnt have to be right away but to get a baseline of kidney function.

There’s not enough evidence to say if any of the other creatines are that great I believe, so it’s just best to go with the tried and true default monohydrate
