Mrs. Lu is excited about the personalized training, she controls her systemic blood pressure with the use of medication, and recently reported urinary incontinence when exerting herself. She was advised that work on the adductor muscles and movements to strengthen the pelvic floor can reduce these symptoms and we began work focused on her needs.

@Noggles Explorer at the oldest building in Embu das Artes, the Jesuit complex from the 17th-18th centuries, which houses the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary and the Museum of Sacred Art. Listed as a heritage site in 1938, it preserves a rich collection of colonial sacred art.

Construído entre o final do século XVII e o início do século XVIII pelos padres da Companhia de Jesus, este conjunto é um dos mais importantes remanescentes jesuíticos do Estado de São Paulo. Atualmente, o edifício abriga o Museu de Arte Sacra dos Jesuítas, que possui um acervo rico em imagens de anjos, santos e personagens bíblicos, quase todos esculpidos em madeira, modelados em terracota ou em armações de roca, produzidos entre os séculos XVII e XIX.
