Inspired by @timber’s Self-Ensured protocol card deck I’m crowdsourcing my Rejuvenation July protocol here. The goal will be to adopt 5 rejuvenation habits for the month. I’ll post an initial list of candidates and people can propose substitutions: 1. Quit caffeine for the month 2. In bed by 11 every night 3. Short early morning run 4 days a week 4. 2 hours tinkering in workshop 5 days a week 5. What about “Leisure Morning” where you go sit on a bench at a park for minimum 1 hour, no activity allowed (no drinking coffee either). Activities only allowed if someone comes and talks / invites you to an activity. Do once a week, same time, every week.
