Been working my way through the rise and fall of the third reich. Horrifying yet fascinating... made me realize how little I know about WW2, but at the same time I think is important context for the world we currently live in.

Not sure if you've read Mindset but I found it to be really great. Simple but powerful concept. Otherwise read Open Veins of Latin America recently. Very heavy and super depressing but fascinating book about a region I knew nothing about.
