For a business to succeed in the long run, there needs to be an active culture of "de-bureaucratization". It's about constantly removing the unneeded extra steps that are added over time for one reason or another in the organization.

Outperform +99% of the human population by sticking to the basics: - Sleep +8h/night (actual sleep, you should be in bed for +9 hours) - Eat healthy (no sugar/alcohol/processed food) - Work out (+2h cardio & +3h strength training per week) - Supplement the vitamin deficiencies you have (get a yearly blood panel done)

As technology progresses, location, physical appearance, etc. will matter less and less as everything moves online. The real edge, in the future, will come from having specific advanced esoteric under-the-radar knowledge, especially with AI commoditizing basic knowledge. Only the quality of your ideas will matter.
