Buy -> ZSA Voyager Build (or pay a builder) -> Chocofi If you’re down to learn a smaller keyboard

Not supported by any science (that I’m aware of) but I feel like it’s probably healthy to cycle through a few different keyboards on a day to day basis just to add more variety to the motions your hands are making.

I've been very happy with the ZSA Moonlander https://www.zsa.io/moonlander Insanely customizable.

I built a Keeb.io Iris and used it for a really long time as a software dev. Loved knowing that I soldered everything myself, insanely customizable since you can literally just buy the PCB. https://keeb.io/collections/iris-split-ergonomic-keyboard

I‘m currently using the moonlander and overall I can definitely recommend it, even though there are some caveats
