what do crypto people do for the benefit of their mind-body-spirit? My examples: - workout, swim, lift, ski - read and write routinely, usually a book a week and several long form articles, daily journal or drafts of a piece I'm writing - attend a weekly figure drawing - socialize, cook and eat out - family

all of these are harder during a bull market but after the craziness of march I'm back on track with most another is travel, I travel a lot to see family, friends, and my girl

I try to do mindful walking (no device) and use a coloring app. It's hard to do aby more than that with crypto/art/job/kids. But, those things def help with the balance of it all.
