what do crypto people do for the benefit of their mind-body-spirit? My examples: - workout, swim, lift, ski - read and write routinely, usually a book a week and several long form articles, daily journal or drafts of a piece I'm writing - attend a weekly figure drawing - socialize, cook and eat out - family

honestly, i aspire to build up your weekly routine. right now: - working out (yoga & training for half marathon) - cooking & eating out; recently been into making kimchi at home - family aspiring to: - reading 2 books a month - writing more routinely (reflections/essay/poem)

I should be clear, there are weeks I don't hit all of these goals, but I do think working out, eating out or cooking with loved ones, and intellectual or artistic pursuits are complementary to the work I'm doing through proxy
