Today I learned part I: Geologists discovered a submerged continent called Zealandia, / 'te riu-a-māui' seven years ago. In 2024, they fully outlined the topography & New Zealand is the largest part of Zealandia that's above sea level.

past two weekends was spent training for half marathon and bingeing 3 body problem & watching dune 1 & 2 on netflix and cinema. ... honest note: how come no one told me how intricate and detailed dune's worldbuilding is???!!

recently afflicted with multiple afflictions of the mind and body - chills, flu, migraine and sandflies bites allergy triggers - where my mind became a mess. however i restarted my yoga routine over the weekends and I feel so great and energized now. 😍
