what do crypto people do for the benefit of their mind-body-spirit? My examples: - workout, swim, lift, ski - read and write routinely, usually a book a week and several long form articles, daily journal or drafts of a piece I'm writing - attend a weekly figure drawing - socialize, cook and eat out - family

Wow you have got yourself so together, impressive. I just go out on the boat and or walk the dogs. I should get more structure and diversity though.

biggest time commitments are the 3 hour figure drawing class, working out, and socializing. I read before I sleep every night. bull market really disrupted my sleep schedule in march but I'm returning to normal hours a bit
