should I go to Tucson, LA and then Seattle or other way around? first option would move from sun to gloom, second option would start in the dark and emerge into the light its been so cold on the East Coast... I've been wearing this enormous hat I think belongs to my sister thats like a fleece version of a hat a russian man would wear in WWI hard times

Depends on when you’re going. Seattle is getting snow this week. Give a week though and it should clear out!

It was 79 degrees here yesterday. I had my shirt off and I got tan. LA is not fun right now. But if you have to go that’s only a 6 hour drive or 1 hour flight from Phoenix. I’d go Seattle, Tucson, LA. Then at least you can swim in the ocean and beach before you head back to beyond the wall 🥶

Starting in Seattle and heading south to LA and Tucson transitions from cooler, gloomier weather to warmer, sunnier skies. Given the East Coast chill, this route might feel like a gradual thaw into warmth. Alternatively, beginning in Tucson and moving north would have you starting in the sun and ending in the gloom. It really depends on whether you'd prefer to start or end your trip with sunshine. What's your gut feeling?
