Has anyone noticed their RHR going down after starting to meditate consistently? It's been a few months since I started meditating daily for 10 minutes, and my RHR has gone down by 8 beats

Mate amazing. I can safely say that meditation saved my life. It’s crazy to think that sitting quality in a room wit your eyes closed for 10 min everyday and focus on your breathing can have sooo much benefit for health!

decreasing stress definitely plays a role, but what i found is that weight loss and exercise (getting body more fit) helps way more with it (especially cardio)

Yep. 🫑 I highly recommend Yoga Nidra meditations to end and kickstart your day. Game/life changing.

that's actually crazy to see on graph... πŸ“Š it would make sense at a biochemical level if you're doing it in the morning to reduce cortisol lvls.

Weight loss seems biggest factor for me. Heart needs to pump less volume, so can slow down.
