Has anyone noticed their RHR going down after starting to meditate consistently? It's been a few months since I started meditating daily for 10 minutes, and my RHR has gone down by 8 beats

that's actually crazy to see on graph... 📊 it would make sense at a biochemical level if you're doing it in the morning to reduce cortisol lvls.
