Has anyone noticed their RHR going down after starting to meditate consistently? It's been a few months since I started meditating daily for 10 minutes, and my RHR has gone down by 8 beats

Mate amazing. I can safely say that meditation saved my life. It’s crazy to think that sitting quality in a room wit your eyes closed for 10 min everyday and focus on your breathing can have sooo much benefit for health!
