If you always eat close to bedtime, give yourself a two-week challenge where you fast for at least four hours before sleep. Your morning self will thank your evening self.

What do you expect the main change will be? More energy, more awake?

Whatโ€™s the difference between this and a fast after waking? Iโ€™ve experience with a 2~ hour fast before bedtime because I like to have a large dinner as it helps me relax before bed. Morning fast for me after sleep usually equates to more energy sustained thru the day

Iโ€™ve been doing this for a few weeks and can testify to the benefits. Iโ€™ve been doing no food 3 hours before bed. Going to try adding no screen time an hour before bed next
