For people who want DCs on web, do you prefer: 

1. No Encryption - would ship this month, encryption added later, other fc clients could integrate next year

2. Encryption - takes another 6-12 months b/c blocked on Google Chrome passkeys support

My opinion: Wait for Encryption.

Shipping a weak version (when you have the strongest "tripple ratchet" capability in the wings, al la @cassie 🧠 ) degrades the FC protocol brand.

And also massively increases the likelihood it never actually lands, because "good enough" shipped, and the pressure value was released.
