It’s time for “suna-yu” aka a Sand Bath. 



I will be buried in sand and I will like it. In Ibusuki, you can do this on the beach in black sand, which is volcanic and really hot, but this is a close second!

It's my first time hearing “suna-ya” sand bath. 
How was the bath 🤧??

someone that still believes in the efforts made to make genuine art. 

It’s soothing once you get over the fact that you are buried. The wet sand is very heavy so you have to be prepared mentally for the feeling and tell your brain it’s all okay. But then you feel like you are being hugged all over and you are so warm. It’s amazing!

This sounds like both an adventure and a nap at the same time. sign me up!

Yes but a VERY heavy one. The sand is wet so it’s very very heavy. It’s definitely a feeling you have to get used to!

Is it comforting like the way a weighted blanket is comfy?
